Para otimizar o encontro, foi feita uma divisão em grupos de trabalho, a fim de melhorar o entendimento sobre as reais necessidades do município no sentido de potencializar seu desenvolvimento econômico e poder elaborar um bom planejamento, que considere os eventuais impactos a longo prazo. Cada grupo discutiu os fatores favoráveis e desfavoráveis nesse contexto.

“Diálogos sobre inclusão e acessibilidade na Educação Especial” foi o tema da Jornada Pedagógica, que aconteceu com a participação de quase 200 profissionais, que receberam capacitação sobre os caminhos da Educação Especial e Inclusiva, desde o seu conceito básico até a importância de desenvolver um olhar diferenciado para determinado aluno. Já existem quatro salas de recursos multifuncionais para atender os 59 alunos da rede municipal que precisam de cuidados especiais. A equipe de profissionais inclui a coordenadora de educação especial, o professor titular, psicólogos, psicopedagogos, entre outros.

Temas como dislexia, hiperatividade, TDH e autismo foram abordados na Jornada, que teve a presença de seis formadores e um coordenador geral que veio de São Luís.

“O professor precisa ter um olhar diferenciado para os alunos com deficiência. Parabenizamos o nosso gestor Osvaldo Gomes e a secretária Marinilde Machado por esse olhar voltado para essas crianças”, disse a coordenadora da educação especial Luzenalva de Jesus Cartágenes.

“São temas relevantes que ajudam o olhar do professor ao aluno que precisa desse amor, cuidado especial e dessa visão de inclusão na sociedade. Futuramente, serão pessoas independentes e esse trabalho é muito importante”, reiterou Marinilde.

A professora Flaviana não tem crianças especiais na escola em que trabalha no povoado de Genipaúba, mas participou da Jornada com o objetivo de adquirir mais conhecimento para interagir com seus alunos. Ela espera que na sua escola possa ter, também, sala multifuncional de viabilização de aprendizado para as crianças que ensina.

“A Jornada Pedagógica nos apresentou alternativas para trazer esclarecimentos ao corpo docente e aos profissionais da área da Educação. Conversamos aqui sobre a temática da Educação Especial em uma perspectiva inclusiva, a partir de reflexões em que compartilhamos algumas situações, principalmente no âmbito pedagógico, esclarecendo os profissionais da Educação sobre como conduzir situações e possamos assistir as crianças com deficiência, dentro das instituições escolares.  O município de Guimarães está saindo na frente, haja vista que é um dos poucos municípios que está buscando alternativas para isso. Já é um diferencial muito grande, pois à medida que o profissional se qualifica, ele atende melhor o seu aluno”, disse a especialista em Educação Especial e psicopedagoga Francimar Paixão.

Aconteceu ontem, no Plenário Albertino Reis da Silva, a reabertura dos trabalhos legislativos para o segundo semestre de 2022.

O evento teve a participação do prefeito Osvaldo Gomes, vereadores e do presidente da Câmara Municipal Ariomagno Cartágenes.

Na ocasião, o prefeito fez a leitura da abertura dos trabalhos, prestou conta dos recursos e falou sobre as obras que estão sendo feitas em todo o território vimarense.

Entre outras ações, citou a avenida Guarapiranga, que já está com parte do recurso creditado e logo será iniciada. As obras de recuperação do estádio de Cumã, perfuração de poços artesianos, retomada das obras da Praça de Eventos, Av. Agenor Gomes, deverão ser executadas com recursos próprios, entre outros.

O gestor esclareceu que as obras de pavimentação de ruas (emenda do deputado Gastão Vieira), ainda não tiveram os recursos creditados pelo Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional, sendo previstas para depois das eleições. Pautou a saúde de qualidade com atendimentos nos postos, hospitais e Unidades Básicas de Saúde, com profissionais qualificados. Disse que já houve mais de 19.000 consultas no Hospital Maria Alice Coutinho, além de dezenas de transferências para Pinheiro, São Luís e Cururupu, 735 ultrassons e 46 partos.

Na Educação, Osvaldo pautou a valorização dos profissionais da educação com reajuste salarial, números do IDEB, medalhas de ouro dos estudantes nos Jogos Escolares, Escola em Tempo Integral, Escola Militar 2 de Julho, creche em Monte Alegre, entre outras ações.

“Desde o início da nossa gestão buscamos, de maneira responsável, organizada e planejada, viabilizar uma administração eficiente, objetivo esse alcançado com bastante notoriedade.  Continuaremos, diuturnamente, empenhados na missão de propiciar bem estar a todos os vimaranenses”.

O gestor enfatizou que o município de Guimarães recebe do FPM (Fundo de Participação dos Municípios) um percentual de apenas 0,8%, além de pagar precatórios, dívidas do INSS, Receita Federal, entre outros encargos e, mesmo assim, Guimarães está avançando em todos os setores e sentidos.

Destacou a importância do empreendedorismo, da municipalização e organização do trânsito.

“Além das ações do Meio Ambiente, da Assistência Social, da Cultura, do Esporte e Juventude, temos as obras que não são físicas, mas que são de grande importância para o desenvolvimento do município, como o investimento em empreendedorismo, que ajuda na construção de novos postos de trabalhos formais. Grande parte disso é possível graças à parceria com o Legislativo, que independente de lado, pensa no bem estar geral. E para isso é imprescindível o apoio da Casa Legislativa com aprovação de projetos, com manifestação de críticas e ideias, justas e construtivas e ainda dos integrantes do nosso gabinete, secretários, coordenadores e toda a equipe da prefeitura de Guimarães”, finalizou o prefeito.

O Colégio Militar, Unidade XX, 02 de Julho, Nossa Senhora da Assunção está  sendo equipado com aparelhos de ar condicionado e carteiras novas. Esta iniciativa da Prefeitura de Guimarães, por meio da Secretaria de Educação, vai evitar que alunos e professores passem maus momentos com o calor excessivo da região. A partir de agora, todos terão bons motivos para comemorar, uma vez que a concentração, o desempenho e o rendimento escolar de alunos certamente vão melhorar, assim como as condições de trabalho dos professores. É assim que a administração municipal mostra seu compromisso com a educação.

Para o prefeito Osvaldo Gomes, é uma grande e importante conquista para os alunos do município: “a instalação de ar condicionado é mais uma amostra do meu comprometimento com a qualidade de ensino para nossas crianças. Estudar em um ambiente climatizado é bem mais agradável e confortável para todos, assim concentram mais na sala de aula”.
